What is ‘DreamStarBubble’?

What is ‘Dream Star Bubble’
Good Question.
Dreamstarbubble is Tea Master Zatobo’s subliminal world, a place his spirit created to protect his mind from the demons.  It’s a lullaby land where the rational world doesn’t hold sway, the great dream of a single dreamer, in which the dream characters dream too.
Of all the characters in Zatobo’s dreams, there are four you should watch out for.  Their names are Oni, Psyche, Angel and Edshu.  Together they are called the ‘entia’.  So long as they are bound to the world of dreamstarbubble, the Tea Master is safe.  He can use their energy to imagine and dream and tell his stories.
But that’s not what the entia want… they want to break free, and posses Tea Master Zatobo.  They want to control him.  They want to become demons…
The DreamStarBubble is a fragile universe.
What’s with the Name?
“Stars, darkness, a lamp, a phantom
dew, a bubble, a dream, a flash of lighting,
and a cloud:
Thus should we look upon all that was made”
‘DreamStarBubble’ refers to a quotation from the ‘Vajracchedikā Sūtra, or ‘Sacred Books of East’.

Good Question.

Dreamstarbubble is Tea Master Zatobo’s subliminal world, a story-place his spirit created to protect his mind from the demons.

You can learn more about Zatobo here.  Why don’t you add him as a friend?  He’s very lonely.

Zatobo created DreamStarBubble because he had four people inside him, all trying to get out.  One is even a girl – her name is Phyrne.  The others are called Edshu, Pr0lix and Oni.  You can find them in the author’s column.  Each of them tells different kind of stories, and dreams different kind of dreams.

Together they are the ‘entia’, or what a real clever-clogs might refer to as the ‘archetypes of the collective unconscious’: the whispers in your head, the people who have never met and yet still recognize.

They are very powerful, neither evil nor good.  Before the Dreamstar, they were literally driving old Zatobo crazy.  But then one day, he learnt that he could use their energy to tell his stories – that was the day the entia stopped becoming demons, and started becoming friends.

That was the day Zatobo became the Tea-Master.
